Welcome
A large part of Centennial Academy's commitment to providing its students with a well-rounded education is the integration of community service initiatives into the curriculum. Over the years, a wide range of charitable projects have been adopted by our students and many have become a yearly tradition of giving. All students are required to complete a minimum of 10 hours of community service during the school year.

Organized through the Student Life Office, our community service program teaches students the value of helping others and giving back to their community. The following are a few examples of the projects organized annually, though students are also encouraged to bring new ideas to the table and rally their fellow students in support of causes that are dear to their hearts:

  • Goatstock
  • Adopt a Child (grades 7 & 8)
  • Christmas Basket Program (grades 7-11)
  • Meals on Wheels (grade 9)
  • National Denim Day - Breast Cancer awareness (grades 7-11)
  • Penny War for Montreal Children's Hospital (grades 7-11)
  • Splash & Dash for the Sarah Cook Fund (grades 7-11)
  • Terry Fox Run (grades 7-11)
  • Volunteering at the Cure Foundation Center (grades 7-11)
